Add an i164 trunk to your ElevenLabs Account.
Add an announcement first or all calls will go straight to your agent.
Agent Set-up for Transfers
Send your team an invite to give them our Voxtop App.
Set up one or more transfer rules, to ring your team when the agent transfers.
Add these details to ElevenLabs and instruct your agent when you want it to transfer.
Call Transfers to Voxtop
Transferred calls can ring one or more of your team. With pop-ups on Voxtop.
Calls appear from each of your Agents as "lines". Making them easily identifiable.
If you register Voxtop with your office service, you can handle both agent and traditional calls at the same time.
